Return Arrangements

All full-price and discounted items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchange Arrangements

Full-Price Items:

If a customer needs to request an exchange, please contact customer service within seven days of purchase.

Please ensure the item to be exchanged is unused, and retains its original packaging, unattached tags, and purchase receipt.

Only one exchange is allowed per receipt.

Exchanges can be processed in-store or via delivery.

If the exchange is requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Please contact customer service for further assistance.

Any additional handling fees incurred due to the exchange will be borne by the customer.

Discounted/Sale Items:

All discounted/sale items are not eligible for exchange due to personal reasons.

If selecting items in-store, please inspect them carefully to ensure there are no issues before leaving.

If items ordered online have quality issues or were delivered incorrectly, please contact customer service for further assistance.
