Return and Exchange Policy

To ensure that you purchase the right product, our company provides a 7-day return period. Any return application must be submitted within 7 days after receipt of the goods. Our company does not accept return applications more than 7 days after receipt of the goods.

Returned items must be in unused condition and retain their original packaging.

Return the goods:

Some items are not returnable or exchangeable, including socks, hats and other intimate clothing, food, magazines, and fragile or dangerous items.

If the customer needs to apply for a return, the purchase receipt must be provided.

Refund:

After confirming receipt of the return, the company will notify you by email of the outcome of your refund application and its arrangements.

Relevant funds for accepted refund requests will be refunded to your credit card account or to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that refund arrangements will incur a handling fee of 5% of the purchase amount, which will also be deducted from the refund.

Refund arrangement takes about five to ten working days. If you fail to receive the relevant refund payment, please notify our company.

Return shipping arrangements:

You need to bear the shipping costs for returning the product to our company. Our company will not bear any shipping costs incurred for returns. Any unpaid shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
