Utilizing the traditional "spin forming" process, a disc called a "spinning wheel" applies pressure to a rotating metal sheet, gradually deforming it into a streamlined shape. Each piece is meticulously crafted by artisans using years of experience and feel. The smooth curves and warm texture that are difficult to achieve through machining (stamping) are precisely achieved through this "spin forming" technique. Titanium is lightweight yet strong, easy to clean, comfortable to the touch, rust-resistant, and has a mild metallic odor. It also exhibits excellent corrosion resistance to acids, alkalis, and seawater. Its high biocompatibility makes it less likely to trigger metal allergies.
