The traditional technique "tsuba-giri" involves pressing a rotating single metal plate with a disc called a "tsuba," gradually transforming it into a streamlined shape. Based on years of experience and sensory perception, artisans handcraft each product. The smoothness and softness that are difficult to achieve through machining (rolling tsuba) are precisely achieved through this "tsuba-giri" technique. Titanium is lightweight yet strong, easy to clean, has a pleasant texture, and exhibits little rust or metallic taste. It also has high resistance to acids and seawater. High biocompatibility and a low likelihood of causing metal allergies are also characteristics of its properties.
