In Piedmont, at the foot of the Italian Alps in Northern Italy, there's a traditional local dish called "Trifolati."
"Trifolati" in Italian means "like truffles."
Various mushrooms are slowly sautéed with olive oil, butter, garlic, and Italian parsley, creating an enchanting aroma reminiscent of truffles, even without using actual truffles.
We've taken it a step further by lavishly adding "real truffle powder,"making it virtually a "black truffle-flavored Trifolati."
This meal was inspired by "Mount Shirouma."
This luxurious potato purée will transport you to the foot of the Alps, gently enveloped by the deep forest scent and rich layers of flavor.
It's suitable as a main dish or a side dish. We invite you to fully enjoy this new mountain delicacy.
