This fluffy and springy potato purée generously uses "Suji-Aonori" (striped green laver), known as the "king of fragrance" among seaweeds.
The refreshing aroma and the pure, unadulterated deliciousness of the potato are skillfully seasoned by our chefs, creating a truly unique flavor.
This product is also a collaboration with "Sea Vegetable LLC," an organization dedicated to researching seaweeds that are diminishing due to "矶燒現象 (isoyake phenomenon - barren grounds)." Through artificial cultivation and the development of new ways to consume them, they hope to bring marine life back to vitality.
The life-sustaining nutrients that flow from the mountains to the sea are now savored and enjoyed on the mountaintop once again.
The inspiration for this meal comes from Mount Amagi, a representative famous mountain in Izu, where the Sea Vegetable research institute is located.
For an even richer and more layered flavor, feel free to add milk powder, cheese powder, or olive oil when consuming.
