Green Curry with Bamboo Shoots, Citrus and Pork Rice
Green Curry with Bamboo Shoots and Citrus
Product Features
This green curry, with bamboo shoots and minced pork as its base, offers a pure and simple deliciousness! It's specially seasoned with "Nagato Yuzukichi," a citrus fruit from Yamaguchi Prefecture with a flavor similar to lime and yuzu.
We intentionally cut the Nagato Yuzukichi into large pieces so that with every bite, you can experience a change in both flavor and texture. It's a thoughtful design that combines both "deliciousness" and "fun."
When asked by Chef Tajima, "Which mountain does this dish correspond to?" he replied, "Although I haven't been there yet, it intuitively feels very much like Mount Miyanoura on Yakushima."
Later, we personally visited Mount Miyanoura and tasted it at the summit. The exotic (lush forest belt) and crisp, refreshing (the clear air at the summit) flavors were truly identical to that mountain!
